Heart Coherence Technique
This is my favorite technique that uses the power of your heart to balance thoughts and emotions, helping you to achieve a neutral, poised state for clear thinking. This technique helps you connect with your energetic heart zone as well as help release stress, balance your emotions an feel better fast.
Step 1- Focus on your heart
Focus your attention on your heart, the area in the center of your chest.
Step 2- Heart breathing
As you focus on your heart breath deeply yet with ease until you find a natural inner rhythm that feels just right for you and do that as if your breath is coming in and out of your heart area.
Step 3-Heart feeling
Keep the focus on your heart as you are breathing with ease and activate a positive feeling in your heart...you can do that by bringing presence of someone you deeply deeply love or a very pleasant memory or a treasured pet.
You can use this technique when you are stressed, or irritated or emotionally drained. Its the quickest way to bring you back to balance. It only takes few minutes and you can do this anywhere ,anytime.
