:: What To Expect
Your first treatment and initial consultation lasts about 1 1/2 – 2 hours. Follow-up treatments are generally one hour.
Sterilized disposable very fine needles are used, generally a slight sensation of heaviness or tingling may be felt. Needles are left for 15-30 minutes as you relax to the sound of healing music or guided imagery. Often you leave with a relaxed, and an overall positive sense of well-being.
We ask that you come in with loose comfortable clothing and not feeling too full or hungry.

If you are unable to view the forms online, let us know and we will mail them to you.
Three Day Food Diary

Monday-Friday: 8:30-6:30
Weekends: Only for Fertility Patients with pre-Egg captures and pre-Embryo Transfers in IVF/ICSI cases as well as in IUI cases. For those we take appointments on an on call basis.
Because we are a small, individually owned practice, there is a $30 fee for appointments canceled less than a day in advance.
We take cash or check only: checks can be made payable to Acupuncture Tree of Life

Acupuncture Tree of Life is located 7 minutes from UCONN Health Center in Farmington and 2 minutes from the Farmington Marriot.
Take Exit 37 off of I-84, and merge RIGHT onto Fienemann Rd
Follow the road (which will turn into Farmington Ave) for 1.6 miles
Turn LEFT into the parking lot of Acupuncture Tree of Life, the building is blue and is shared with a dentist's office. There is no street front sign for Acupuncture Tree of Life on the street, so be careful not to miss the dentist's sign. The entrance is to the left of the dentist's office.
